Managing Partner – Howard E. Woods

Howard has nearly 25 years of diverse management, executive and entrepreneurial experience within the aviation, airline services and aerospace sectors. Howard has worked in operations and consulted extensively with both the commercial and government sectors with major airlines and military aircraft and commercial aircraft OEM’s throughout the Americas and Europe.

He has been a principal in the design, development and startup operations of several ecommerce support initiatives with both global airlines and industry consortiums including Swiss Air, American, Delta and United Airlines.

Most recently Howard has been integral in a variety of programs related to the In-Flight Entertainment sector, where he has been focused on bringing digital content and in-flight entertainment solutions to market.

Howard prior positions include Aerospace and Defense Practice Leader for UPS Consulting; UPS Supply Chain Solutions and Director of Strategic Services for the Aerospace and Defense/Airlines public sector in the Americas and Europe for i2 Technologies.

Howard is also a decorated fighter aviator who has served various training, combat and diplomatic roles with the United States Navy.

Howard received a B.S. from Duke University, an MBA from the University of Southern California and has pursued additional international studies at Manchester Business School, the International Management Center and the ESCP.

Partner – Justin Beckett

Justin Beckett over 10 years experience related to the provision of convergent media focused entertainment. As a principal, director and entrepreneur, Justin has worked in the television, mobile, online entertainment and networked gaming sectors.

Justin is the former Chairman and CEO of Fluid Music, Inc. (TSX:FMN) an Internet-based entertainment company. FMN was founded when he partnered with the producers of American Idol to launch the American Idol Underground website, which allowed musicians and their fans to compete online in various games and contests.

Prior to founding Fluid Music, Justin was the Founder and CEO of Skilljam Technologies, a leading Internet-based casual gaming company, which he led from its inception to its sale to Liberty Media subsidiary, FUN Technologies (TSX:FUN). He was previously the Founder and CEO of Music Gaming Inc, an online music trivia company which he led from its inception until the company’s sale to Intermix/MySpace.

Justin has developed and managed online gaming solutions for some of the most recognized entertainment brands including: AOL, Sony, MySpace, Disney, MSN, FOX Interactive, Real Networks, Pop Cap Games and American Idol.

Justin has spoken on numerous game related panels and has served as a Section Editor for the IGDA’s (International Game Developers Association) annual white paper.

Justin received a B.A. from Duke University.

Director Market Development – Mr. Larry P. Vickers

Larry Vickers has over 40 years of experience within the travel, transportation and tourism industries. As a manager, executive and entrepreneur, Larry has worked throughout various functional areas of the airline, hotel, vacation / destination and convention sectors.

Larry is the Managing Director Airline Development for Aviation Management Services, LLC (AMS) where he leads airline development initiatives for communities that have lost airline services.

Prior to his role at AMS, Larry was a founding member and Senior Vice President of Marketing and Corporate Development of SouthStar Airlines. He was previously a Vice President at Southeastern Airlines where he also served on the board of directors. Larry lead the development of markets in the southeast until the airline was purchased and subsequently merged into Atlantic Southeast Airlines, a Delta Connection carrier.

Larry was a the President of Family Vacations where they managed and sold vacation packages to Disneyworld. He also was a founder and principal in the startup and operations of Bahamas Sun Resorts Ltd. which also leased and managed the operations of resorts throughout the Caribbean.

Larry has worked for major airlines in various capacities including as the Delta Airlines relationship manager for Walt Disney Parks & Resorts.

Larry received a B.A. in Political Science from Guilford College.

Chief Deployment Officer – Michael Raeford

Michael has been managing and measuring the operational efficiency of entertainment related Internet operations for over 10 years.

Michael is the former Chief Strategic Officer and co-founder of Fluid Music Inc. (TSX:FMN) where he was responsible for the company’s product development and strategic planning activities.

Prior to working with Fluid Music, Michael was the Chief Metrics Officer of SkillJam Technologies, the former interactive gaming subsidiary of online entertainment powerhouse Intermix/MySpace.

An avid online gamer, Michael was previously the Director of Development at Music Gaming Inc. an online music trivia company.

Michael is also the Founder of www.grabstats.com (a leading online aggregator of business related statistical data) and www.siterapture.com (a leading online directory providing website reviews and ratings).

Michael received his B.A. from North Carolina Central University.

User Interface Manager – Derek Young

Derek has over 6 years of online gaming related management experience and is responsible for the design and development of Flight Deck Gaming’s user interface applications.

Derek was previously employed by Fluid Music Inc, where he was responsible for managing both the company’s user interface and graphic design activities.

As Fluid Music’s User Interface Manager, Derek was responsible for the supervision and coordination of the various online games and contests relating to the company’s partnership with American Idol (through the www.americanidolunderground.com website).

Prior to Fluid Music Inc. Derek managed online games and tournaments for SkillJam Technologies, the former interactive gaming subsidiary of online entertainment powerhouse Intermix/MySpace.
